Happy pooch, happy life

My favorite way other than exercise or brain games or training to tire out my dog is stuffed Kongs! I'm going to share with you my favorite stuffers and my favorite combos of stuffers that my pooches love!

Now I have one pooch who has a sensitive tummy and my other pup can eat pretty much anything and it doesn't bother her at all. So most of my stuffers are okay for both of my pups but always consult your vet before introducing a new food to your pet.

Pureed pumpkin(not pie filling), kibble, canned dog food (For Harley that's Natural Balance Venison and Sweet Potato and for Saoirse I mix it up but I mostly choose Canidae to match her kibble), carrots, celery, cucumbers, blueberries, strawberries, peanut butter, bananas, water, peas, green beans, yogurt, chopped apples, applesauce, mozzarella cheese sticks.

Combo time! We always freeze our Kongs as it takes just a few more moments of their time and a little more work for them to get it out. Depending on their tummy situations (if they have an upset stomach or not) we will add more or less kibble to keep their diets consistent.

Harley's favorites:

Canned food, kibble, and carrots

Saoirse's favorites:
